A hidden gem in the centre of Solihull!  This house has been a labour of love (sweat and also the occasional tear) for us and we have spent 3 years creating an amazing family home for us and our 2 children.  Whilst fully renovating the house, we’ve concentrated on the practical such as re-wires and windows but also the fun elements for our family which has resulted in many Saturday night disco’s including a light show!  The living area’s are open plan and very spacious.  The downstairs living area has bifold doors to the south facing and stylish garden and upstairs the open plan kitchen, dining and living area benefits from a full height and width door and balcony (perfect for the evening sun).  We also have 3 good size bedrooms with the master benefitting from a walk in wardrobe.  Finally, it’s a lovely quiet street yet only a short walk away from the town centre and it’s array of beautiful parks, pubs and restaurants and shops!
